Leibs, a visually impaired athlete himself, is the author of the Encyclopedia of Sports and Recreation for People with Visual Impairments.
This is the most comprehensive guide ever written on this subject with a plethora of information and resources on how to get involved in blind sports, along with profiles and stories about the movers and shakers within the blind sports community.
